측판에 적용된 사운드 포트 및 감각적인 인레이로 기존 깁슨 어쿠스틱 모델들에서 보지 못했던 새로운 사운드와 디자인이 돋보이는 모델입니다. 사운드포트는 기타의 측판에 사운드홀을 추가하여 연주자에게 직관적으로 사운드를 들을 수 있게 해주는 옵션으로 보다 관중에게 들려지는 사운드를 플레이어가 더 효과적으로 듣고 감각적인 연주를 하는데 도움을 주도록 설계되었습니다.  Sitka Spruce 상판과 Walnut 측후판이 적용된 바디에 기존 깁슨 어쿠스틱 모델의 사양들이 어우러져 고유의 정통성과 사운드는 유지하면서 플레이어의 연주편의성과 모던한 감성을 더하였고 Scalloped X-bracing이 적용되어 고음부에서의 탄탄함과 브라이트한 사운드 질감을 표현하고 있습니다. 도브테일 넥이 적용되어 서스테인이 증가되었고 표준 너트너비보다 조금 더 작은 너트너비를 적용하여 코드 운지 시의 편안함에 중점을 두었습니다. 픽업으로 L.R Baggs사의 Element Bronze 픽업이 장착되어 공연과 같은 여러 상황에서도 대처할 수 있는 부분까지 신경을 쓴 모습입니다. 여러가지 사양들이 G-Writer 라는 모델명에 맞게 플레이어에게 연주편의성을 극대화하고 사운드 분석이 용이하게끔 제작되었습니다.

The Player Port is an original Gibson concept from the early 1960s that has been refined by our acoustic luthier team to deliver a truly revolutionary sonic improvement that adds a new dimension to the sound. The Gibson Player Port allows you to hear the guitar as you're playing it like you've never heard it before—the same way your audience hears it—maximizing the sonic impact for an immersive playing and listening experience. The G-Writer EC is part of the Generation™ Collection. Like all models in this collection, it is made in Bozeman, MT, by the same highly skilled craftspeople who make all Gibson acoustics. It features a solid Sitka spruce top and beautiful solid walnut back and sides for tone that sounds crisp and resonant. You'll find that the slightly thinner cutaway body is more comfortable to play, and provides effortless access to the upper frets. The TUSQ® nut and saddle, along with the Grover® Mini Rotomatic® tuners deliver solid tuning stability so you can spend more time playing instead of tuning, and the utile neck with its easy-playing Advanced Response neck profile is so comfortable you won't want to put it down. It also comes equipped with an LR Baggs™ Element Bronze pickup system, so your G-Writer EC will sound as good to your audience as it does to you. A gig bag is also included.
